My Client is a provider of community care services for Children and Adults with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced and dymanic Childrens Registered Manager for Childrens Homes in the Wiltshire area.

The role involves the setting up and development of 3 single or dual placement residential children’s homes for young people (8 – 18 years) with a range of complex needs. You will provide a quantifiableoutcome based service, committed
to the promotion of the rights and well-being of young people.
Managing a small but diverse staff team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every young person is treated fairly and as an individual entitled to respect and dignity. The role will also require the delivery of professional partnership related therapeutic orientated services.
Applicants will need to demonstrate previous managerial experience, ideally within a children's residential setting. Prior experience of OFSTED inspections with Dip SW /ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management(or equivalent) and working with children and young people are desirable.
