Unique opportunity for an experienced CNC to secure a full time position, working as part of the Head office team for a large and dynamic Aged Care Organisation. Our Client is seeking an experienced professional to foster a sustainable palliative care model.

The Clinical Nurse Consultant develops, facilitates implementation and evaluates care management plans for residents and clients with complex health needs.

Providing expert clinical advice to clients, residents, carers and other health care professionals regarding palliative care.

Responsibilities:

• Training and education for palliative care
• Promotion of palliative care skills
• Establish networks and relationships with external services

Requirements:

• Registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 3 years experience in Palliative Care/Aged Care
• Current unrestricted drivers licence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ideally you will have experience with education, and qualifications relating to Palliative/Aged Care Nursing
