Rare opportunity for an Aged Care Manager to secure a very desirable position, offering the chance to make your mark within a relatively new Facility with plans to grow.

The Facility is located an easy commute around 50km north of Newcastle, and offers state of the art facilities in a beautiful location.

As the Facility Manager you will have overall responsibility for the operational side of the business, overseeing the day to day delivery of coordinating staff, managing sales and marketing, budgets, risk management and ensuring compliance with aged care standards. Ideally you will have previous management experience at a senior level within Aged Care, although this could also be the opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to take that next step.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have;

• Experience within Aged Care/Health Management
• Understanding of Accreditation and ACFI
• Be flexible, approachable, confident and a resourceful individual
• Strong communication skills and the ability to converse at all level
