Registered Nursing Home Manager (RGN)

My client, a leading provider of private Nursing care, currently require a Registered Nursing Home Manager (RGN/Nurse) to open and run their brand new dementia care facility in the South Essex area.

As you would expect for a role of this magnitude, the client is looking for candidates who posess a prioven track record within care management, ideally gained within a Nursing Home with predominantly private client base. Experience of commissioning is not essential, but would be an added bonus.

As well as excellent management skills, the client is also looking for someone who strives for the highest possible standards of care, and understands the runnings of a busy dementia home.
