We are seeking a high calibre sales professional to work for a blue chip organisation that is amongst the world's leading suppliers of medical devices and is an innovator in injection and infusion-based drug delivery as a Hospital Sales Specialist (Account Manager) covering the South East territory (South Thames outside of M25/Surrey/Sussex/Kent) This is a specialist sales role where as the successful individual you will be responsible for a portfolio of products and services based around blood collection products and safety devices. There are EU driven changes within this market & this coupled with current changes in the NHS has created MASSIVE opportunities within this area. Your brief is to retain existing business i.e. utilise added value tools & services, ensure that business is retained through consolidation of services and maximise on any opportunities this may present to expand business whilst penetrating new areas of the trust with additional products from the portfolio; and ultimately increase market share. Due to this the role has a broad customer base ranging from healthcare professionals, procurement, infection control, right up to board level. We are seeking a high calibre business focussed sales professional for this role. You must be able to demonstrate the following skills & abilities: • Proven track record of achievement in the secondary care arena • A desire and evidence of improved personal and business performance • Strong communication, selling and presentation skills • Confidence, quick thinking, responsive and solution orientation • Strong work ethic and high levels of resilience • Sound understanding of account management & negotiation Ideally you will also be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and hold a Full UK driving licence with a max of 6 points In return for this background & skill set, the successful person will be offered a comprehensive salary & benefits package (basic salary will be commensurate with experience).
