Theatre Practitioner Scrub & Recovery

Our Client, a modern, purpose-built, state-of-the-art Treatment Centre in Nottingham, currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Theatre Practitioner in Scrub/Recovery to work within its expanding Theatre Department.

Working within a busy, fast-paced day case unit Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday overtime shifts offered if required), the post-holder will become an integral member of the theatre team, ensuring that all patients receive the highest standard of care in accordance with recognised protocols.

This impressive, modern, state-of-the-art facility has 5 theatres, two with laminar flow clean air and an Endoscopy unit. It is a multi-specialty unit, with a wide and varied day-case mix encompassing the full range of surgical specialties.

Applicants will be qualified RGN's/ODP's ideally with Scrub and Recovery experience, however newly qualified candidates with an interest in developing within this field may also be considered. A flexible approach to shift patterns is essential, as are excellent communication and team-working skills and a proven commitment to CPD.
