Nursing Home Manager

Eden Medical Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager (Registered Nurse)
for a 60 bed nursing home in South Scotland.

Salary: Circa £40 -£50k per annum + Bonus + Benefits

To be considered for this position, Eden Medical Recruitment will require the successful candidate to hold:
•Registered Managers Award or equivalent

•Previous Experience as a Nursing Home Manager (3 year's+ )

•Full knowledge of the roles and responsibilities required to manage a Residential Care Home.

•Up to date knowledge on all legislation with governing bodies.

•Genuine interest and care working with Older People

This home is part of a large healthcare organisation so there is plenty of opportunity for progression.

Candidates will preferably have 3 years+ previous site management experience, a caring attitude and commercial awareness of running a home.
