Home Care Aide: Per Diem

Expanding territories to include Waltham, Watertown Billerica, East Boston, Concord, Belmont, Newton, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Wellesley and North Reading

Core responsibilities include the provision of in-home personal care services. The scopes of these services are contained in a written care plan prepared by a RN or Therapist.  Qualified candidates will preferably have previous patient care experience with another home health agency. Well qualified candidates will have the ability to project a positive image of the Greater Medford VNA & Additional Care and maintain a customer-focused approach to all work. Home Care Aide certification is required.
