National Oncology Nurse Manager

Our client is seeking a National Oncology Nurse Manager to oversee a team of Oncology Nurses UK wide
This is a National role - predominently Birmingham & South of the UK

Working closely with other members of the multi-disciplinary team this position will ensure that the services provided by the team are of the highest standards of care and that they comply with the requirements of the Commission for Social Care Inspection, best clinical practice and the legal and ethical requirements of the RCN and the NMC.

The role will cover extensive travel throughout the UK and will also include the occasional need to deliver hands on care.

In order to apply for this position you must be a qualified Nurse (RN/RGN) with current NMC registration and a strong background working in Oncology. It is essential that you have proven clinical and managerial skills, with some experience in a commercial setting preferred, You will need to possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with the staff and you should adopt a flexible approach and be willing to travel throughout the UK. This will require strong time management skills and disciplined administration ability.
